 Who is this "Philly Girl"? Why people call her so?

Jill Tracy Jacobs was born in Hammonton, New Jersey on June 3,1951. Later her family moved to Philadelphia metropolitan area. Once a girl from this area reaches teenage, she is considered as "Philly Girl"(a powerful girl from  Philadelphia). Growing up in the Philadelphia metropolitan area gave her a partial  Philadelphia accent and a lifelong interest in rooting for  Philadelphia sports teams. She has been described as a " tough-cookie Philly Girl " . At the age of 15 she worked as a waitress at the Jersey store. She completed her degree at the age of 15. At the age of 19 she married Bill Stevenson(football player in Philadelphia sports team). After five years of married life she broke up with Stevenson and married Joe Biden(Former Vice President of United States) in 1977.

    Joe Biden is currently contesting for president election of United  States(2020). If he wins the election, Jill Biden(Jill Tracy Jacobs) will become the First Lady of United States. Jill Biden was also the Second Lady of United states(2009 to 2017) when Joe Biden was the Vice President. She is an English professor at Northern Virginia Community College.  She is the founder of the Biden Breast Health Initiative non-profit organization, co-founder of the Book Buddies program, co-founder of the Biden Foundation, is active in Delaware Boots on the Ground, and is co-founder of Joining Forces with Michelle Obama(Former First Lady of United States).

 Hello guys, How many of you love food? How many of you are just like, I eat food because I have to survive? (please do reply in comments). During my intermediate, I used to stay in hostel. Hello Guys, Today, politics is just an entertainment for many people. During my childhood, I used to remember the names of different politicians and their works. But, today I feel that there is no use of it. Many politicians don't even know the work they have to do as a leader. Many come to politics just for the sake of growing their personal wealth. That is why still India is called a developing country.  Many people don't know who is the president of our country? Is it our mistake?
