  For the past few weeks, I was deeply immersed in the journey of  Blinkit  through the book  Buildit . It made me laugh, reflect, feel inspired, and experience the emotional highs and lows that come with building something meaningful. The book beautifully captures the important phases in Blinkit’s journey — the challenges, decisions, failures, pivots, and growth that shaped the company over time. More than just a startup story, it highlights how people with enthusiasm, ownership, and belief can build extraordinary things. One aspect that stood out to me was how organizations can bring out the best in their employees by genuinely addressing their problems and creating an environment where individuals feel valued.
